Adding an Email & Text Message Signature

You are welcome to personalize your outgoing emails and text messages by creating a signature. 

How to Add a Message Signature

Adding a signature to your messages is simple with these instructions.

In your Rentec Direct account: 

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click on Message Templates 
  3. Click the + Add Template button or use the paper/pencil icon to select one to edit

  4.  Click Save Template when done. 

You can then select the template you've created and your message will be ready to compose with your signature displaying at the bottom of the message.
